Ethan Richey is a Los Angeles native whose musical journey began at home, inspired by his father, an incredible guitarist who introduced him to the music of legends like Barney Kessel and George Benson. By age 5, jazz had already captured his imagination, but his interests soon grew to include everything from heavy metal to funk and blues. At age 16, Ethan picked up the guitar and quickly developed a passion for late-night practice sessions and exploring the intricate world of chords and scales.

As his musical tastes evolved, so did his fascination with film music, spending hours immersed in the scores of John Williams, Howard Shore, and Hans Zimmer to name a few. This love for cinematic music ultimately led him to earn a master's degree in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music, where he honed his skills and deepened his understanding of storytelling through music.

Today, Ethan composes for video games, short films, advertisements, and more, aiming to create music that enhances and elevates every project. As a session guitarist, his performances have been featured on tracks with millions of Spotify streams, showcasing his versatility and dedication. With over 550 five-star reviews on platforms like Fiverr, Ethan is grateful to have built a career combining his love for composition and performance.
